BLUE SKY SOLUTIONS GLOBAL TRADING CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”) respects your personal data. This policy and personal information collection statement explains how we collect, use, transfer and protect personal data in line with the six Data Protection Principles of Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the “PDPO”).

1. Personal Data We Collect

When you register your interest on this website we collect:

your full name, business email address and phone number;
the type of organisation you represent (for example enterprise buyer or system integrator);
your consent choices and the date and time you submitted the form;
limited technical data used to protect the form from abuse: a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser type.

The fields marked * are required. If you do not provide them we will not be able to respond to your enquiry. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we also keep the messages you send us.

2. Why We Use It

To respond to your enquiry and discuss your infrastructure, software or supply requirement, by phone, email or WhatsApp.
To keep a record of your consent and to protect this website from spam and misuse.

We use your data only for these purposes or purposes directly related to them. We will ask for your express consent before using it for any new purpose. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Direct Marketing

We will use your name, email address and phone number to send occasional updates about infrastructure and technology supply only if you tick the optional box on the form. You may opt out at any time, free of charge, by emailing us (section 9) or by replying “unsubscribe” to any update. We do not provide your personal data to any other person for their direct marketing.

4. Who We Share It With

We transfer personal data only to service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, under their standard data-protection terms:

Google (Google Sheets and Gmail) — to store registrations and send notification and confirmation emails;
Vodien — our website host;
Cloudflare — only if spam protection (Turnstile) is enabled on the form.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law or by a court order in Hong Kong.

5. Transfers Outside Hong Kong

Our website host and Google may store and process data on servers located outside Hong Kong. We use only providers that are contractually bound to protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPO.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep registration data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing business relationship or to meet legal requirements. After that we erase it.

7. How We Protect It

The website is served over HTTPS. Registration data is stored in access-restricted accounts, and form submissions are checked for abuse before they are stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take all practicable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use.

8. Cookies and Third-Party Links

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own host. Links to WhatsApp or other sites are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.

9. Access, Correction and Questions

Under the PDPO you have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you, to request a copy of it, and to ask us to correct it. We may charge a fee that is not excessive for processing a data access request. Please send requests or questions to:
